Payment Method
At LearnDash, multiple payment methods are supported. The platform currently supports the latest versions of Stripe and PayPal. These built-in options make it simple to get up-and-running with accepting payments.

How To Open A Learndash Account?
To open an account on LearnDash, follow these steps:
- Ensure that the LearnDash 3.0 or higher version is being used.
- Select "LearnDash 3.0" as the active template.
- Enable the Login & Registration option in the LearnDash general settings.
- Enable registration for the WordPress site by selecting the "Anyone can register" checkbox located under SETTINGS > GENERAL.
To create a Registration page:
- From the WordPress Admin Dashboard go to Pages > Add New.
- Add a title to the page, preferably "Registration".
- Add the LearnDash Registration block to the page. Alternatively, use the shortcode [ld_registration].
Existing users can click the "Login" link to open the form and login to their account. New users can click the "Take this Course" button to be taken to the registration page with an Order Overview at the top. After entering their information on the form, users can set their passwords directly on the registration page. If the user already has an account, they can also easily log-in and even reset their password from the registration form.
Remember, if these settings are left empty the old registration process will remain in effect.
Learndash Return Policy?
At LearnDash, the aim is to ensure the best possible experience with the product. An automatic license renewal option is offered to ensure uninterrupted access to the latest features, bug fixes, add-on updates, and product support. However, an auto-renewal may not be suitable for all. Renewal reminders are sent 14 days prior to the subscription renewal date. The option to disable this feature is available at any time from the License Details section in the Account Portal. Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. The license will remain active until its expiration date.
If within 30 days of purchase, it is decided that LearnDash does not meet the needs, assistance is available. Every effort is made through Demos, Documentation, and Academy pages to take users through the product as much as possible. If there are any issues whatsoever with the purchase, it is asked that a support request is first submitted to clarify any issues or questions.
